Key Services
CJH Land operate mostly within the residential development industry. Our main focus is selling land and property for residential development for our retained clients. We create and add value in the sale of residential development opportunities on behalf of our clients.
Brownfield Land
Brownfield land is the term often used to refer to developed or previously used land. It takes many forms from industrial sites, garages and petrol forecourts, disused factories and warehouses, former retail premises, farm yards, redundant office blocks and even derelict houses to name but a few.
Greenfield Land
Greenfield land is usually exactly as it sounds, its green. More often than not it is farmland which might be adjacent to existing development. Whilst it may not have the issues that can be associated with brownfield land it is not without its own intricacies and difficulties.
Strategic Land
Strategic land plays a huge role in the residential development industry with national developers and specialist land companies constantly seeking medium to long term land opportunities.
Conversion and Refurbishment
The United Kingdom is home to some fine and historic buildings, many of which are no longer used for their original purpose and have fallen into disrepair. The size and location of such buildings can often provide wonderful opportunities for conversion and refurbishment into residential accommodation.
Planning Permission
Development opportunities come in many different forms, however they can be classified into 2 distinct categories ; those which have a planning permission (often referred to as building permission) and those which do not. At CJH Land we advise land owners on the disposal of land with or without planning permission. We are often able to suggest improvements to an existing planning permission which may increase a sites value and saleability. We can also advise and give opinion on the promotion of land that has no planning history. Through our knowledge of the development industry we are able to advise on the most appropriate forms of development for each individual opportunity. Ensuring that a site obtains the most suitable mixed use or residential planning consent is vital in achieving the maximum value providing it targets the desired market.
We are always looking for new opportunities, with or without planning permission and would welcome the time to discuss and advise land and property owners on all aspects of their land and/or property with a view to realising its full potential. Our focus is on creating and adding value for our clients in the sale of their land and/or property.
Call us now on 01275 463588 or contact us and we look forward to discussing your requirements in greater detail.
